Fire The Anger of Mother Nature

Some fires can't be helped like the ones that will get started by Mother Nature or lightning storms. These will start at any time and in many ways. If your trees around your home become very dry maybe because of not having a lot of rain, if a rain storm should happen to start and there is a lot of lightning strikes, these strikes will sometimes hit your dried trees and will cause them to go up like a roman candle with even the loud boom. If it is very dry and there is even a slight breeze, this fire can be moved in several directions and will keep going as long as there is something in its path for it to eat on.

If you have a lot of trees in your property, you will need to do whatever you can to help these trees to stay wet like watering them at night after the heat of the sun has gone down for the day as this will help in keeping the things you are trying to save from becoming more dried out. If you should find dried or dead tree limbs in your yard, you will need to keep them picked up and taken to a place that if they were set on fire, they won't be near your home or your neighbor's home.

As long as you can use water from your water company, you should do this at least once or twice a week to keep these trees and plants safe from drying out.

But if there is a fire from a lightning strike, you might as well try to save what you can and keep an emergency bag handy just in case you don't have a lot of time to save anything else and remember everything can be replaced except yourself and your family and friends. Make sure that you have an escape plan and also have a back-up one in case the first one is out of the picture. As people always have all intentions of getting out of a fire or out of the way of a fire some times that cards aren't there and you might get trapped in this fire so you will need to have this back-up plan just in case. If you should happen to get out of the way of this fire and you can't seem to find someone, tell an official with the fire department and never try to go in by yourself.
